So i know i joked around about " A Few Words About Breasts" by Nora Ephron. I found it a little bit ridiculous some of the things that she would try to get her breasts to grow bigger and how she really thought it was important to have big breasts. It occurred to me that this issue has not changed much and it exposes a greater problem. Some people do not feel comfortable with the body they have. They want to change it and make it into what society sees as "ideal". Just pick up any fitness magazine or simply watch TV. The ideal body stereotype is everywhere. For women it is trying to lose too much weight and for men it is all about being ripped. While it is nice to have something to shoot for, people are often consumed by being that ideal body type. They take it to an unhealthy level. My point is just be happy with who you are and how you look. Confidence is a lot more attractive than a girl who is too skinny and dresses like a hooker...
